Laboratory analysis confirms 9% essential oil alongside 4.17% thymoquinone, giving this oil exceptional concentration and making it considerably more potent than many standard black seed oils.

Its strength means only a modest serving is required, while its distinctive flavour reflects the naturally concentrated compounds within the oil.

This strength is generally preferred by experienced black seed oil users. Those with greater sensitivity may find our Mild or Original strengths more suitable.
