Started taking the “strong” & oil almost 2 weeks in…. I’ve not slept this peacefully for many years, it assists my insomnia & active mind. Waking up rested & recharged with no fatigue, brain fog or grogginess, all that seems to be gone. I have more focus in the day time & it has increased my energy. It’s also helping my heart feel stronger & better. My heart has ent been right for years, it is helping it a lot. Gives me a nice overall sense of calm & wellbeing. In time, over the long hall, anticipating what it will do for my immunity, my chronic skin itch problem & painful left shoulder. Only time will tell, but already had the above positive benefits which am grateful to the company for. I love the oil. Nice & strong. Very good quality product.
